The electric operating table is a more and more popular equipment now. It can rotate freely and transform the angle, which can greatly reduce the labor of the staff, and is very suitable for Urinary system, gynecology, orthopedics surgery. But if used for a long time, it may be found that the electric operating table tilts. What is the reason for this and how should we solve it? Let's take a look together:

Let's first determine if the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two methods to determine: one is to measure the resistance with a multimeter, and the other is to put metal on it to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve engages, it is normal. The above problems can also occur when the oil circuit is blocked.

Then determine if the compression pump is malfunctioning. Firstly, check if there is voltage on the compression pump and use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the compression pump. If everything else is normal, it is usually due to the failure of the commutation capacitor. The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. Unilateral no action faults are generally caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The malfunction of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by a faulty control circuit, or the directional valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to measure the voltage of the directional valve first. If there is voltage on the operating table, remove the directional valve and clean it.

Due to long-term use, there is a small impurity on the movable shaft of the replacement valve, which can cause the shaft to bristle and become stuck, causing the operating table to move in only one direction. During use, it was found that the operating table would automatically lower, but the speed was very slow. This situation occurs more frequently in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to the malfunction of the lifting pump. After several years of use, the operating table may experience very small impurities remaining at the inlet valve, causing minor internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially checking the oil inlet valve.
